  What's the point of Online Easy Ordering if you order something at 7:43pm and make the pick up time for 8:10pm,come at 8:15pm just to give them an extra courtesy 5 minutes,get here and it's not ready and you wait an extra 20 minutes for them to make your order?I thought the whole reason for that was to pick up what I ordered and leave.Terrible Terrible.If I could give their deli a negative star I would.Worst Publix I have ever gone to.I will not be returning.They need to fire the whole deli staff and consider rehiring or retraining their employees.

  The staff at the deli is very slow. One day I ordered the 8pc fried chicken meal with one side and 4pc Hawaiian bread. The lady tried to give me frozen bread. The bread was frozen solid she told me that the bread will thaw out by the time I make it to the check out!!!! And this particular store smells really bad like you are on a farm. Not pleasant at all.

  I am disgusted and appalled by this. How can you let something from Dec. 2016 be allowed into the store. My daughter opened it and asked me if its supposed to be brown. I have never had and issue til tonight (march 5, 2017)
